If you are using a pre-paid gift card (such as a Visa gift card), then it must be registered on the card issuer’s website for us to be able to accept payment.
Email, fax, and phone
You can email your full order to email@example.com. You may provide your payment information along with the order or request a call from a customer service rep to provide payment information. Payment must be received in full before order is considered complete for shipment. For phone payments, customer service will contact you within 24 hours Monday – Saturday, from 7am – 7pm EST. If you are on Pacific or Mountain time, you may request a call back up to 9pm EST.
Fax: you can fax your complete order to Total Health Systems at 614-678-5616, 24 hours a day. Please include your complete order including payment information. A confirmation email will be provided to validate the order within 24 hours.
For phone orders, you can reach a customer service rep between 7am – 7pm EST, Monday – Saturday. If we are unavailable, please leave your name, phone number and order information and we will return your call to obtain payment information. We ask that you do not leave payment information on voicemail. If you are on Pacific or Mountain time, you may request a call back up to 9pm EST.
To keep our employees and customers safe during the COVID pandemic, we are limiting local pickup and delivery of orders. All pickup or delivery orders must be approved in advance. Destination for pickup or delivery will be discussed during a validation call with a customer service rep. as our area for delivery is limited. Add-ons & Adjustments
If you need assistance with an order that has been submitted via any method (such as an address correction or change in product or service) please call us immediately (866-528-3719). We are not able to accept any requests for changes to products or additions to submitted orders via the website. Please review your cart carefully for order accuracy prior to submitting your order.
Full refunds are accepted on all products and services requested within 60 days of purchase. You will receive a store credit for refund requests between 61 – 120 days. No refunds are issued for purchases or services over 120 days.
To make things simple, use the Contact Form found on the Contact Us page Contact Us (totalhealthsystems.net); via email, fax, or phone. All requests are processed immediately.
Requests for cancellations must be submitted prior to order being shipped (you will normally receive a shipping confirmation within 24-48 hours). Once shipping validation is complete, we are unable to accept an order cancellation. If you are unable to submit your order cancellation prior to receiving the shipping confirmation, you may return the parcel after its receipt for a full and immediate product refund.
Orders are processed in the order that they are received and shipped out accordingly. Shipping times will vary based on the address provided on the order. Unless a product or service is on backorder, orders are ready for shipment within 48 hours. Some exclusions may apply, including large bulk orders, orders placed Friday through Sunday (may take extra days to process), holidays or orders that require us to reach out to the customer before invoicing.
Please note that due to COVID, we can not guarantee delivery date as that is managed and controlled by the delivery service, in most cases this will be USPS. Typical delivery occurs within 2-10 days.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
We are excited to announce that we have implemented highly discounted flat rate Ground shipping charges based on the size of the order for U.S. customers, shipped via USPS. We also offer free shipping for orders over $35, rules apply!
NOTE: Flat rate shipping and free shipping does not apply to bulk orders, orders weighted over 10 lbs., freight, or Canada.
Ensuring the safety of our products
Total Health Systems only works with vendors who perform periodic testing for lead using accredited independent laboratories. They are especially stringent about testing new suppliers, as well as botanicals shipping from China and India, as these countries have a history of higher lead levels. Seaweed products are also frequently subjected to testing since they also carry an increased risk.
Our vendors will provide Certificates of Analysis upon request for all the botanicals sold at Total Health Systems. These certificates include details about all their safety and quality testing, including whether the herb has been tested for lead.
Total Health Systems is committed to providing herbs, spices and essential oils that are organically, wild harvested, or forest grown. Our primary vendor, Mountain Rose Herbs, is a certified organic processor through Oregon Tilth Certified Organic, which is fully accredited with the USDA National Organic Program. Since 1987 they have continuously worked for the advancement of sustainable organic agriculture.
